Q What data do you store when accepting the TOS?
A We store only essential data such as punishment data (warnings, kicks, etc), AI message logs for moderation, and essential server permissions.
Q I was falsely banned! What should I do?
A Open a support ticket in the Blossoms Support Discord. Please note that we do not accept server punishment appeals.
Q I found a bug! What should I do?
A All bugs & issues should be reported in the Support Discord — you can join by clicking the Discord tab at the top.
Q How does the automod system work?
A We use a regex system that detects and blocks complex message patterns, including bypass attempts such as bypA553d w0rd.
Q Who can access my data?
A Only @ancientdragoons, who is the sole developer, and Groq for AI requests. Groq is only able to see the content of messages sent — not who sent them.
