01 Acceptance of Terms

By using Blossoms (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, you may not use the Bot.

02 Use of the Bot

You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.

NSFW Policy: The Bot's AI features may not be used to create, generate, or share NSFW, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content. Any attempt to bypass this rule may result in the removal of access.

You may not use the Bot for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes.

The Bot is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free performance.

03 Data Collection

The Bot may collect limited data such as user IDs, server IDs, and message content (only when necessary for its features).

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except with the Groq AI API for processing AI-related features.

04 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by the use or misuse of the Bot.

05 Termination

We reserve the right to block or remove access to the Bot at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
